- make a complete removable denture;
- carry out the installation of the implant at the base, distributing artificial teeth along the alveolar bone and palatine arch;
- prepare the recess in the structure.
The procedure for installing implants: with the help of point anesthesia they are sutured into the mucous membrane in the region of distal tubercles on both sides, on the frenum of the upper lip. After a month, the sutures are removed, the prosthesis is removed, partially removed in the palatine part, polished, fixed.
Zygomatic
Structures 60 mm long, manufactured using Nobel Zygoma technology, are used in a number of cases:
- with dystrophic pathologies of the maxillary bone;
- complete or partial edema;
- atrophy of hard tissues caused by the absence of teeth when wearing dentures;
- mechanical damage.
A feature of the method is the fastening of the trans-buccal system. First, it is passed through the jaw, then attached to the zygomatic bone. Thanks to this method, you can avoid the procedure sinus-lift.
